DELIVERY TIMES:

All orders will start production the following business day of the order placement date. Production lead time is 7-10 business days. Our average shipping time is 5-7 business days after completion of production. (These times are an estimate, and may be shorter or longer depending on supplies, your location, and the merchant shipping schedule). If you need your items in a hurry, please email us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.

Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We have found that the USPS offers the most economical service for shipping within the continental United States. They offer tracking and are fast to deliver.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES!

Also, there is no insurance on these packages. We are not responsible if packages are lost or damaged during transit to you.

How are the shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are flat rate, based on USPS and UPS costs. We try and keep our shipping costs as low as possible, while at the same time providing you with the fastest and most reliable service. They are based on USPS shipping rates, and are only adjusted when prices at USPS fluctuate.
